Apparently it has gone to federal court in Cincinnati:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/news.enquirer.com\/apps\/pbcs.dll\/article?AID=\/20080115\/NEWS01\/301150105\">Cincinnati Enquirer article<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>James Teegarden Jr., the former vice president of operations at Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, explained Tuesday in U.S. District Court how he and others at the company made up much of the content that appeared in Enzyte ads.<\/p>\n<p>He said employees of the Forest Park company created fictitious doctors to endorse the pills, fabricated a customer satisfaction survey and made up numbers to back up claims about Enzyte\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153So all this is a fiction?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Judge S. Arthur Spiegel asked about some of the claims.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s correct, your honor,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Teegarden said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the funniest part:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nIf customers complained, he said, employees were instructed to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153make it as difficult as possible\u00e2\u20ac\u009d for them to get their money back. In some cases, Teegarden said, Warshak required customers to produce a notarized statement from a doctor certifying Enzyte did not work.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153He said it was extremely unlikely someone would get anything notarized saying they had a small penis,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Teegarden said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I wonder who will end up with Enzyte&#8217;s list of men who think their junk is too small.
